• Deposit Policy: 1st nights room and tax as well as any additional services is due at the time of booking. 

• Cancel Policy: Reservations can be changed or canceled at no charge up to 14 days before arrival. VIP is not available. Within 14 days of arrival, the first night’s deposit is non-refundable. There is a $20 fee should you need to change the dates within 14 days of arrival. There will not be any refunds for early departure.  

• Housekeeping: There is NO Daily Housekeeping. However, a housekeeping service is available for an additional fee.

• Extra Adult Charge: No Extra adult fee / Everyone is included in rate within max occupancy.

• Deposit Policy: 25% is due at the time of booking for bookings made outside of 14 days of arrival. Balance in full is due 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 14 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. 

• Cancel Policy: Deposit is fully refundable up until 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 to 29 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. There will be no refunds for reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival. 

• Housekeeping: There is NO Daily Housekeeping. 

• Extra Adult Charge: No Extra adult fee / Everyone is included in rate within max occupancy. 

Ocean Escape Condos - South

• Check-in is available at the Landmark Resort Front Desk

• Cash and pre-paid cards will NOT be accepted at Check-in 

• Pre-Authorization: A $250 pre-authorization is required at check-in for all guests and must be placed on a valid credit card. Guests who purchase the ADP are still required to pay the pre-authorization. 

• Minimum Check-In Age: 21

• Check-In Time: 4 PM

• Check-Out Time: 11 AM

• Allows Locals: Locals will be allowed to book and stay during times the H2OASIS Waterpark at Landmark is open. Locals are residents of Horry and Georgetown Counties. 

   Ocean Escape Condos - North

• The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged the full amount at time of booking. 

• Check-in is contactless - code lock

• Cash and pre-paid cards will NOT be accepted at Check-in 

• Pre-Authorization: A $250 pre-authorization is required at check-in for all guests and must be placed on a valid credit card. Guests who purchase the ADP are still required to pay the pre-authorization. 

• Minimum Check-In Age: 21

• Check-In Time: 4 PM

• Check-Out Time: 10 AM

• Allows Locals: Locals will be allowed to book and stay during times the H2OASIS Waterpark at Landmark is open. Locals are residents of Horry and Georgetown Counties. 

Ocean Escape Condos - South

• Parking is located at Ocean Escape Condos

• Ocean Escape guests are NOT able to use the parking garage at Landmark.

• Ocean Escape guests will have a special parking pass that will allow them to park at Captain’s Quarters and Hotel Blue for no charge. 

• Parking Passes: 1 pass for 2 bedrooms / 2 passes for 3 bedrooms

• Golf Cart parking permitted

• Motorcycles and Trailers: Allowed as long as they only use their allocated space(s) per unit. Vehicles must be able to fit in a parking spot.

Ocean Escape Condos - North

• Parking is located at Ocean Escape Condos

• Parking Passes: Max of 2 per unit 

• Additional Parking: There is additional parking for OEN guests located at the Beachwear store directly in front of the Ocean Escape building. Parking is first come first serve. 

• Golf Cart parking permitted

• Guest may park at the lot at Beach Cove Resort for no additional fee to use beach access. 

• Motorcycles and Trailers: Allowed as long as they only use their allocated space(s) per unit. Vehicles must be able to fit in a parking spot.

 Ocean Escape Condos (North and South):

• Ocean Escape guests have access to amenities at Captain's Quarters, Crown Reef and hotel BLUE 

• Ocean Escape guests have access to select amenities at Landmark Resort 

• Ocean Escape Condos North ONLY: There is a saltwater pool onsite - depth ranges from 3 feet to 5 feet

• NOTE: Ocean Escape Condos - North guests do NOT have access to the amenities at Beach Cove
