Employee Referral Program

Upon completion of the first ninety (90) days of employment, employees are now eligible to participate in the LEGACY BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LLC Properties Employee Referral Program. This program is for part-time and full-time status employees and excludes Department Managers, Salaried Employees, Temporary Employees, and all Human Resources Staff. Referrals of former employees will not be applicable. The employee referred cannot be someone who has already worked at any of the VMB or Legacy properties.

For each new applicant referred to the Company who is hired and completes their first ninety (90) days of employment, the current employee will receive a $200.00 Referral Bonus. The employee making the referral must be active and in good standing. The applicant referred must have written/typed the current employee’s name on the original application. The employee who makes the referral must also still be on VMB or Legacy payroll when the $200.00 bonus is due as documented therein.
