Reason:

Sharon was incredibly patient and empathetic, and 100% demonstrated her great knowledge of our resort. She a great feeling about coming to the resort even though she had never stayed with us before. 

Reason:

Ayanna wanted everyone to know how helpful Alfredo was and really appreciated all of his help.

Reason:

Kathy Racich wanted us to know that he has been very kind with a great personality for doing his job and she really appreciated all the help given through this call. 

Reason:

Ms. Christine Hornsby was thrilled with the personable service she received from Linda. Ms. Hornsby said Linda was wonderful and very helpful!  She said she appreciates Linda!

She did an awesome job.  He states she was so knowledgeable and patient with great consumer service, he also states she deserve to be recognized

 Ms. Farrar proclaimed that Shankar had done well in getting her issues resolved. She also added that she booked with another resort which did not meet her expectations and she is so happy Shankar assisted her to get that experience behind her.

 Alfredo was the most proficient person he has had the pleasure of dealing with from VMB!

 Romona was very helpful and the company is lucky to have her. She went on to state, "You must get lunch and a pay increase."
