Rock Star Recording Contract

1. Report to work on time.

2. Respect your work area. Do not draw on or deface your work stations. Clean your stations off at the end of your shift.

3. Absolutely NO CELL PHONES or electronic devices, laptops, tablets, games, etc. are permitted on the sales floor. You can use these items on your breaks, in the break room.

4. No food, candy or gum on the sales floor. Snacks and meals can be enjoyed in the break room.

5. Do not leave unmarked food or half empty drinks in the fridge. The refrigerator is cleaned out EVERY NIGHT at 11 PM! Any items left in the fridge will be thrown out.

6. If there is an issue with a computer, or other equipment at a workstation, let the floor manager know asap. 

7. Check in with your Floor Manager at the beginning of your shift. Check out with your Floor Manager when you leave.

8. Let a Floor Manager know if you have to step off the sales floor. Wait for your breaks if possible.

9. Breaks are 15 minutes, lunch 30 minutes. No more, no less. The Floor Manager will let you know when it is your turn for breaks and lunch.

10. Remain at your station if you need assistance. Your floor managers are here to support you - they will come to you.

11. Our dress code is casual, but there IS a dress code. Report to work dressed appropriately.

12. Be kind to each other. Rock Stars come from all genres. You may be a little bit country and he may be a little bit electric jazz, but we are all on the same playlist.

13. Set goals for yourself every day and write them down at the beginning of your shift. When you meet a goal, tell the team!
