The deposit amount required today is ${{deposit}} which is 25% of the total stay. You can cancel within 7 days from the BOOKING DATE and receive a FULL REFUND. However, if you are within 37 days of arrival, the deposit is not refundable. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Check in is at 4:00 PM or later, check out is by 10:00 AM. We require all guests to check in with our onsite hosts at Landmark Resort, which is about one mile north of the beach house. This is for our records as well as for your safety so we know at all times who is on the property. The registered guest must be 25 years or older, no exceptions. There is absolutely no smoking or pets permitted in the beach house or on the balcony. Daily housekeeping is not included.

There are (3 vehicle parking spaces for Kashton bookings and 2 Vehicle parking passes for Isle Royale bookings) located under the beach house. Additional parking is not available.

Your beach house rental includes access to the waterpark at Crown Reef Resort, and select amenities at Landmark Resort.
