Due to limited space, trailers are not permitted. 

Your reservation is non-refundable and there will not be any refunds for early departure. Please note that reservations cannot be changed to alternate accommodations.

Cash payments are not accepted at check-in. The credit card used for the deposit, if different, must be presented at check-in with matching photo ID. 

Unless the optional Accidental Damage Protection Plan is added at check-in, a $250 credit card pre-authorization will also be required at check-in, and the cardholder for the card used for the pre-authorization MUST be present at check-in.

Cancellation:
Read Below For Reservations made OUTSIDE of 30 days arrival:

The deposit amount required today is ${{deposit}} which is 25% of the total stay. You can cancel within 7 days from the BOOKING DATE and receive a FULL REFUND. However, if you are within 37 days of arrival, the deposit is not refundable. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
