Check-in for Ocean Escape South is available at the Landmark Resort Front Desk, located at 1501 South Ocean. Blvd., Myrtle Beach, SC 29577.

You will receive (1 parking pass for 2 bedrooms or 2 parking passes for 3 bedrooms) at check-in. 

Your deposit is fully refundable and there are no fees to change your dates up until 14 days prior to your arrival. Within 14 days of arrival, your first night’s deposit is non-refundable, and we are unable to accept changes to your arrival date. There will not be any refunds for early departure.

A $250 credit card pre-authorization will also be required at check-in, and the cardholder for the card used for the pre-authorization MUST be present at check-in.

If their arrival date is NOT within 72 hours:
The deposit required today is ${{deposit}}. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your card 72 hours prior to your arrival. If we are unable to process the card on file for the balance due, your reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. The credit card used for the deposit must be presented at check-in, with matching photo ID.

Ocean Escape North is located about 1/2 mile from the ocean at 800 Windy Hill Rd. North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582. Check-in is contactless. 

You will receive a maximum of 2 parking passes that will be in your unit upon arrival. Additional parking is available nearby and is first come first serve.

A $250 credit card pre-authorization will be authorized to the credit card on file the day of check-in. 

Read Below For Reservations made OUTSIDE of 14 days arrival:
The deposit amount required today is {{deposit}} which is 25% of the total stay. 

Your deposit is fully-refundable up until 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations made 14 to 29 days prior to your arrival will be refunded 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
