A $15 per night per vehicle registration fee for up to 2 vehicles will be charged at check-in. (1 vehicle for 1 BR OR 2 vehicles for 2 & 3 BR units). Motorcycles, mopeds, scooters & trailers are not allowed on property. 

Your reservation is non-refundable and there will not be any refunds for early departure. Please note that reservations cannot be changed to alternate accommodations.

Cash payments are not accepted at check-in. The credit card used for the deposit, if different, must be presented at check-in with a matching photo ID. Unless the optional Accidental Damage Protection Plan is added at check-in, a $250 credit card pre-authorization will also be required at check-in, and the cardholder for the card used for the pre-authorization MUST be present at check-in.

If their arrival date is NOT within 72 hours:
