The registered guest must be 21 or older at the time of check-in and provide a valid picture ID.  

A $10 per night per vehicle registration fee for up to 2 vehicles will be charged at check-in. Motorcycles, mopeds, scooters & trailers are NOT allowed on the property.

South Wind is a NON-SMOKING property and smoking is NOT permitted in the units or on the balconies.

Read Below For Reservations made OUTSIDE of 14 days arrival:
The deposit amount required today is ${{deposit}} which is 25% of the total stay. 

Your deposit is fully-refundable up until 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations made 14 to 29 days prior to your arrival will be refunded 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.

The full payment of ${{total}} is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Cash payments are not accepted at check-in. The credit card used for the deposit must be presented at check-in with matching photo ID.

Unless the optional Accidental Damage Protection Plan is added at check-in, a $250 credit card pre-authorization will also be required at check-in, and the cardholder for the card used for the pre-authorization MUST be present at check-in.
