• Pre-paid cards without a name will not be accepted at check-in. Prepaid credit cards without the guest’s name on them may be used for the deposit over the phone or for online reservations but will not be accepted for final payment at check-in.

• Pre-Authorization: Unless the optional Accidental Damage Protection Plan is added by check-in, a $250 pre-authorization is required at check-in. The cardholder for the card used for the pre-authorization MUST be present at check-in.
