Pre-Authorization: A $250 credit card pre-authorization is required at check-in for all guests and must be placed on a valid credit card. Guests who purchase the ADP are still required to pay the pre-authorization. The pre-authorization will automatically be processed on the day of arrival.
Check-in Process: Check-in is contactless (there is no longer a Front Desk). Guests will receive a door code via text message the day of arrival once the room is ready and the security deposit has been authorized to the card on file.

Unit Description: Two Bedroom Condo - Main bedroom has either a queen or king bed, second bedroom has 1 full bed and 1 twin bed. There is a separate living room with a private patio. Full kitchen equipped with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, and dishwasher. 1 1/2 bathrooms.
Additional Details: There is a small step into the unit. The bedrooms and full bathroom are located upstairs. Half bath is located downstairs. There is a dining table and chairs. Specific bedding in Main Bedroom cannot be guaranteed.
