• We are unable to accept reservations for same-day arrivals at Palms.

• Reservations will be automatically charged for the remainder of their stay 72 hours prior to check-in. Reservations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will be charged the full amount at time of booking.

• Cancel Policy: Reservations can be changed or canceled at no charge up to 14 days before arrival. VIP is also available.  Within 14 days of arrival, the first night’s deposit is non-refundable. There is a $20 fee should you need to change the dates within 14 days of arrival. There will not be any refunds for early departure.

• Housekeeping Services: All rooms are made up with fresh, clean linens and towels prior to every guest check in. Exchange of towels, bed linens and other amenities will be provided upon request by visiting the front desk between 9a-5p. Guests may trade dirty linens in to get clean linens.

• Pre-paid cards without a name will not be accepted at check-in. Prepaid credit cards without the guest’s name on them may be used for the deposit over the phone or for online reservations but will not be accepted for final payment at check-in.

• Pre-Authorization: Unless the optional Accidental Damage Protection Plan is added by check-in, A $250 credit card pre-authorization is required at check-in. The cardholder for the card used for the pre-authorization MUST be present at check-in.
