Cancellation & Vacation Interruption Protection

• Worry-Free Booking does not apply to South Wind, CRR Penthouse, Ocean Escape North, or Willow Bend reservations

• The Worry-Free Booking may not apply to certain rate codes. 

All reservations made for any future arrival date can be changed or canceled at no charge up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival with no penalties or fees. There are no refunds for early departure. Within 14 days of arrivals, the first night's deposit is non-refundable, there is a $20 fee to change dates, and there are no refunds for early departure. 

For additional peace of mind, we will continue to offer our optional Vacation Interruption Protection plan, which would allow for changes or cancellations up to the day of arrival without penalties or fees as well as allow refunds for an early departure for any reason.

• The VIP can be added at the time of booking or within 24 hours of booking. 

• The VIP plan is payable at booking or when added (within 24 hours.)

• The VIP cost is non-refundable. 

• Guests who purchase VIP can cancel up to the scheduled arrival date for a full refund.

• Guests who purchase VIP can change their dates free of charge up to the scheduled arrival date.

• Guests who purchase VIP will receive a refund for their remaining stay amount in the event that they depart early for any reason, including weather.

Reservations made outside of 30 days of arrival:

• Guest must pay 25% of total stay at the time of booking.

  • The 25% deposit amount should be correct on the booking page. To be sure, always use your calculator to divide the total by 4 to verify that it is correct. If the amount is not correct, ask for assistance before processing the reservation.

• The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

• Reservations made 30 days or less from arrival:

  • Guest must pay the full stay amount at the time of booking.

    • If the amount is not correct on the booking page, ask for assistance before processing the reservation.

• Cancellation Policy: 

  • Guests can receive a full refund within 7 days of the booking date as long as they are not within 37 days of the arrival date.

  • Reservations booked within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

• Ocean Escape North and South Wind on the Ocean:
  
  

Reservations made more than 14 days prior to arrival:

Reservations made within 14 days of arrival:  

• • Requires the full payment at the time of booking

• Cancel Policy: Deposit is fully refundable up until 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 to 29 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. There will be no refunds for reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
