Who is Enjoi Resorts:

Enjoi Resorts Worldwide is a new brand entering the timeshare industry and offers a unique blend of style and leisure. Enjoi Resorts offers oceanfront accommodations and world-class amenities set in America’s growing vacation destinations, enabling customers to enjoy their vacations. Enjoi’s purpose is to provide their owners and guests with a great vacation experience. The preview center for Enjoi Resorts is located at the Crown Reef Resort Conference Center. 



UPDATE: Effective immediately, we are no longer transferring booked calls to Enjoi. 


 

This verbiage will display on the booking confirmation page for quick reference. If it is on the confirmation page, asking for the transfer is required!

Once the guest is booked, give the confirmation number as usual and then read the following:


Example 1: 

"Oh! While I have you on the line, it looks like your reservation could qualify for our exclusive new Signature Stay Experience! It’s a new program that gives you up to $799 in added value while you’re here with awesome Signature benefits like priority seating, dining credits and discounts to local attractions.  I’m going to go ahead and transfer you to our concierge to find out how, ok?"

Example 2:
"Oh! While I have you on the line, it looks like your reservation could qualify for our exclusive new Signature Stay Experience! It’s a new program that gives you up to $799 in added value while you’re here with awesome Signature benefits like priority seating, dining credits and discounts to local attractions. May I go ahead and transfer you to our concierge to find out if your stay qualifies?"


You must PAUSE and give the guest an opportunity to respond before transferring them.

Is this timeshare?
"This is an amazing vacation savings opportunity and an update on things to come at our resort. You are not obligated to purchase anything. I can go ahead and transfer you now, OK?"

Does it cost anything?
"The goal is to save you money and help you have an amazing vacation experience. The concierge will be happy to discuss the details with you. I can go ahead and transfer you now, OK"

How long is this going to take?
"I understand that your time is valuable. It only takes a few moments, and I don't want your family to miss out on this opportunity. I can go ahead and transfer you now, OK?" 

Can I do this later?
"This is a brand new program and not all reservations qualify due to the exclusive nature of what’s included and I don’t want your family to miss out on this opportunity. It will only take a few moments, I can go ahead and transfer you now, OK?"

What's Included?
"There are a lot of awesome benefits like a welcome giftbag at check in, dining credits and VIP seating at over 20 of our restaurants and outlets in Myrtle Beach, as well as discounts to local attractions like the SkyWheel. The concierge will be happy to tell you more, I can go ahead and transfer you now, ok?

Concierge Pronunciation: The proper English pronunciation has three sounds, con + see + AIRZH, but the last two sounds are blended into one syllable, so the word is spoken as con-SYAIRZH or kaan-see-ehrzh.
