Communication Terms Consent

Effective IMMEDIATELY, you are required to read the communication terms on every booked call.


This is different than the SMS check box. Just because a person says YES to SMS does not mean that you can check the communication terms box! It must be read no matter what! 

You will read this after you have read the booking disclaimer and have gotten the guest's credit card information. *IMPORTANT* you must click out of the credit card number box before reading! 

Sample script: "Thanks for providing your card information. read communication terms"  Just go right into the communication terms. There's no need to allow them to say anything first like "now I have to read you one more thing"

It MUST be read verbatim. It's a mouthful, so practice it a few times before you have to read it to a guest.

If the guest says YES, check the box. 

If the guest says NO, leave the box empty.

Checking the box if the guest says NO or checking the box without reading the communication terms verbatim will result in immediate termination. 

Failure to read the terms at all or not checking the box if the guest says yes will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

This will be included on your booked call scores. Failure to do this correctly will result in a failed booked call score.
