Enjoi Pre-Arrival Calls
Effective Feb. 15, 2023: Monster Resort Group will begin starting a pre-arrival call campaign on behalf of Enjoi to our transient guests arriving the first of March on in an effort to book them on Enjoi tours while the guests are staying with us. They will be offering various gifting including the Signature stay package in exchange for the guests taking the tour.

Who is Enjoi Resorts:
Enjoi Resorts Worldwide is a new brand entering the timeshare industry and offers a unique blend of style and leisure. Enjoi Resorts offers oceanfront accommodations and world-class amenities set in America’s growing vacation destinations, enabling customers to enjoy their vacations. Enjoi’s purpose is to provide their owners and guests with a great vacation experience. The preview center for Enjoi Resorts is located at the Crown Reef Resort Conference Center.
Important Notes:
Monster Resort Group will be calling and introducing themselves as ‘on behalf of “VMB Resort Name”. Some guests will naturally want to verify that the offers are legitimate so they may contact the resort directly. It’s important for staff answering these calls and inquiries to understand and assure our guests that these calls are legitimate and that they can proceed with confidence.
We are bringing back Signature Stay in conjunction with Enjoi for guests who are touring. We will be releasing an update to the program and what it includes in the coming days. Stay tuned for more info...

I received a call from someone saying they are with (Resort) trying to get me to attend a presentation. Is this a legitimate phone call?
“Yes sir/ma’am, we are offering our guests an opportunity to preview Enjoi vacation packages and receive some great perks during their stay."
I received a call from someone saying they are with Property trying to get me to attend a presentation. Why are you selling my information?
“You can rest assured that your information is secure with us, and we do not sell your information to third parties. We have a few representatives who are calling to offer our guests an exclusive opportunity to preview Enjoi vacation packages and receive some great perks during their stay.
I received a call from someone saying they are with Property trying to get me to attend a presentation. I don’t want to be contacted about any timeshare offers.
“We have a few representatives who are calling to offer our guests an exclusive opportunity to preview Enjoi vacation packages and receive some great perks during their stay. We will certainly remove your record from the list. What is the phone number you’d like to be removed? *guest gives number* Great, I’ll submit that now. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for this to be processed. We look forward to your stay, and if there’s anything else that we can help you with, please let us know!” Submit guest’s phone number to the DNC using the QA Request form.
If they are interested in speaking with a rep regarding the Signature offer, tell them that they can call the number from their caller ID.
DO NOT TRANSFER THEM TO THE PROPERTY!
