Guest Requests
Examples of special requests are a floor preference, a specific unit number, an updated unit, side-by-side units etc.
If a guest wants to make a request, you MUST let them know that requests are not guaranteed.
To add a request to a reservation, all you have to do is add it to the comments on the booking page. When adding the request, keep it short and sweet.
You should NOT be putting requests in CCProcessing UNLESS...
they mention the request after you have processed the reservation (which is rare).
the booking failed in the portal and someone has to book it manually in IQware for you.
they are booking multiple rooms and want them side by side (sxs). In this case, you would book the first room (example folio 123456) without a comment. For the second room (example folio 123457), you would put "sxs with 123456" in the comments. THEN, you would go to CCProcessing and ask to add the request "sxs with 123457" to folio 123456. Don't forget to include the property!
Again, keep it short and sweet.
