Travel Agent Bookings

We offer a 10% commission for travel agents who book for THEIR clients. 

(We do NOT offer travel agents discounts, so if a travel agent is inquiring about a discount for themselves, it will just be a regular reservation.)

Note: CRR Beach Home bookings do not qualify for commission. 

If you have a caller who states they are a travel agent booking for a client, you will need to ask if they are looking for a commissionable rate. If so, then you will need to quote the Standard/Rack Rate. If they are not looking to make a commission, then proceed as normal. 

How to book a Travel Agent Reservation  so they qualify for commission

The reservation will need to be booked in the guest's name using their address and phone number.

The reservation MUST be booked at the Standard/Rack Rate (All About Travel qualifies for a commission off of BAR). 

What to get from the Travel Agent

•Name

•Name of the company they are with

•Their Address 

•Phone Number

•Their IATA # (this is how they will make their commission).

 You will need to send this information to the floor manager after your call along with the Folio number so that it can be added to Iqware.
