Birthday Coupon

The coupon will be applied at check in so you do not need to do anything if a guest calls to book with it, aside from making sure they book under the restrictions of the coupon if they do wish to use it.

• Properties: All with the exception of PLM, FD, SWD.

• Rooms Types: Any except not Beach Houses and Ocean Escape

• How they get the coupon: For folks whose birthday we have on file we will send it out automatically just prior to their birthday month (they also have to be a subscriber on our email list etc).

• Offer: $10 off per night (applied at check in)

• Minimum Length Of Stay: 3

• Direct bookings only.

• Must arrive in their birthday month to use the coupon. For example if their birthday fell in January their arrival date would need to be in January.

• Must present coupon with matching photo ID that shows your birthday month matching the month of your arrival date.

• Discount valid on Standard Rates, Best Available Rates or Beach & Breakfast Rates.

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.

• One certificate per visit.

• Discount applied at check-in.

Note: The birthday month coupon goes out in a batch each month, so if the person signs up after, they might not get it until the next time.

There’s always a possibility that the offer will change down the road, skip a month if we are doing well, etc. so if you are getting folks to provide their birthdate at time of booking do not tell them that they would get this specific offer.
