How to Take a Good Profile Photo
Photo should be an “above the elbows” headshot. (Head, neck, and upper chest.)
Most of your face should be visible and well-lit.
You should be the only person in the picture.
Your photo doesn’t have to be boring...don’t get too wacky, but you can have a little fun with it! It should be representative of your “normal” look, so if colorful hair and makeup is your thing, go for it! If you’re a hat person, wear your favorite hat!
The photo can be a selfie, but the phone/camera should not be in the photo.

How to Change Your Profile Photo in Your VMB Email
You will need to have the photo saved onto your computer in order to add it via the website.
The easiest way to do this would be to email it to your work email and then save it to the computer.
Log in to your VMB email.
Click the circle in the upper right corner of the screen. If you don’t have a picture already, it will show your initials in the circle.
The “My account” menu will pop open, and then you will click on the circle with your initials/existing photo. You will then be able to upload a photo from the computer, adjust it to fit the circle, and hit “Apply” when done.

How to Change Your Signature in Outlook
Click the gear icon in the upper right of your email. In the search box, type signature, and then click “Email signature” that will appear below the box.
A menu will pop up. Type your signature into the box using the format guidelines below.
Make sure that the two boxes below the text field are checked.
Signature Formatting Guidelines
Your name should be at the top, bold, and the largest thing.
If you'd like to include your pronouns, you can do so in parenthesis after your name. They should be 2-3 sizes smaller than your name and not bold or in italics.
You don’t have to use your “government name” and can instead use the name you go by/introduce yourself on calls as.
Below your name should be your title. It should be in italics and smaller than your name.
Below your title should be Vacation Myrtle Beach.
If typed, it should be the same size as your title, but not bold or in italics.
You can use the logo instead if you'd prefer.
Go to vacationmyrtlebeach.com and right click the logo on the top left(ish) side of the page to copy it, then right click and paste into the signature box.
Be sure to adjust the size of the logo to fit properly under your name and title.
