Please join me in congratulating Carolyn Norkett on a really Great Customer Experience and Booking that I live listened to today.
The call was an outbound call back - the customer was very excited that Carolyn got back to her and she advised that her and her husband had decided to book at the Crown Reef Resort for the fist time and wanted Carolyn to be the one to book them.
After also selling multiple add On's, Carolyn wrapped up the booking and the customer thanked Carolyn for being so helpful and courteous.
